Position : CFO Experience : Not more than 13 Years - Currently candidate should be at 1st, 2nd, 3rd line position in his / her current organisation. - Reporting to the Managing Director &amp; CEO - India, you will be responsible for : - Supporting the Managing Director in business decisions to drive business deliverables - Building a strong finance team that provides seamless functional support to the business - Undertake budgeting for the organization and monitor the same, highlighting deviations - Ensure timely General Accounting and Reporting - Ensure that the annual accounts are finalized within the planned time schedule and meet all the accounting norms and standards laid down - Provide an effective tax structuring for the organization to ensure compliance while minimizing tax liability - Monitor the overall functioning of the Legal &amp; Compliance team - Ensure effective financial planning and budgeting for the organization - Cycle time and accuracy of budget formulation - Strategic planning and decision making, effective corporate governance, policy formulation, developing robust systems and controls, profitability and financial statement analysis, risk analysis and management, equity participation, asset building and safeguarding.
