Job Description :

a) Be a trusted advisor to the management and the Business, providing timely, relevant council and inputs re-strategic and operating decisions. Assist management is shareholder/ board interactions.

b) Developing a strategic and operational road-map to grow the business towards ROE.

c) Building a strong motivated team that provides seamless proactive, business partnering support to the management and the Business.

d) Building a low cost liability franchise through various routes and instrument aligned to plan.

e) Developing and leveraging relationships with regulators, credit agencies other financial institutions, consultants and other professional to deliver best in class value, aligned to business.

f) Evaluate and monitor risk, upgrade controls/IFCs re the operations of the company on an on-going basis, factoring statutory/RBI regulations and inputs from auditors.

g) Managing credit rating, top line and bottom line per the guidance of the management.

c) Should have experience in Indian lending operations for an large NBFC/Bank with expertise in job requirement

d) Candidate should bring :

- Deep Knowledge of Indian accounting, taxation and statutory laws

- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mind set

- Leadership skills and an impeccable integrity
