- Should be Chartered Accountant - Expert in fundraising for investments - Efficient Treasury Management - Representing the company with investment banks and investors . - Coordinate preparation of financial budget and financial forecast - Manage the finance, accounts, taxation and compliance functions of the company - Recommend and supervise the implementation of operational best practices - Prepare and present periodic financial statements (monthly / quarterly / annual) including variation of actuals from budget, to the management and Board - Closely monitor cashflow for businesses and highlight observations to the management - Coordinate and ensure timely completion of audit process and engage with Board appointed Audit Committee - Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including representing the company in front of the relevant regulators / agencies - Ensure timely and correct tax filings - Understand and implement risk mitigation solutions including maintaining appropriate insurance cover - Document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal control process - Lead and manage the company's relationships with banks
