Chief Financial Officer - NBFC/Bank/Big4 - CA (10-12 yrs)
Job Description:
- Overall responsibility in terms of management & supervision of Internal & External Audit, RBI Audit, Budgeting Control & Annual Accounts Closure:
- Finalization of Annual Internal & External audit scope and assisting the external team for completing the Audit within defined timelines.
- Managing Risk & compliance parameters of RBI & account department.
- Annualized financial budgeting, forecasting & Annual Accounts Closure and set up systems to track and analyse variance.
- Prepare & maintain compliance calendar
Additional Exposure: IT Audit Control would be added advantage.
Qualification: Charted Accountant (Mandatory)
Relevant Experience: Minimum 10 years
Industry: NBFC /Bank / Big Four Audit firms / Domestic Audit firms
