Job Description :


- Demonstrating Financial and Accounting leadership, initiatives for long term Financial strategy and commercial planning in line with Corporate objectives, advising Management on fiscal control, profitability and returns.

- Maintaining a seamless integrated Finance and Accounts department and its interface with other departments, suppliers, buyers, Financial organizations and authorities. 


- Ensuring that Financial and Accounting controls are in place, overall integrity and accuracy of the financial transactional system as a basis for preparation of Financial and Management reporting to accurately reflects the Financial position.

- Stay abreast of emerging Accounting Standards, changes in Financial regulations & legislation, applications and technology platforms to ensure company leverages latest performance tools. Continuous analyzing Financial reports and information to assess past, present and impending Financial status of the organization.

- Effective management of Working Capital to ensure optimum use, maximization of profitability and Return on Capital. Carry out Financial analysis, Cash Flow Management, Investment portfolios and other analyses. Created procedures for protecting and controlling Assets, conducting Cost-Benefit analysis and identifying areas of weakness.

- Month end closing processing, GL Accounts reviews, Inter-unit reconciliations, oversee execution of A/c Receivables, A/c Payables, Bank reconciliations, Fixed Assets additions scrutiny and capitalization thereof. Preparation of Annual Financial Statements in accordance with Laws with supplementary schedules and information.

- Review of day to day transaction for booking to their respective Cost Centre, Departments/ Divisions. Monthly outstanding liabilities review and booking thereof. Organizing and managing monetary functions, contracts, negotiations, purchasing, payroll processing.
