We are having an opening with a leading Manufacturing Company in the role of CFO.

Job Responsibilities:

- To head finance & business development with a mandate to execute the set plans effectively with a process-driven approach, corporate structure, monitor project cost & timeline, accounts, taxation, statutory, secretarial and treasury management.

- Debt fund raising: Arrange Rupee Term Loans for projects under consortium and multi-banking arrangement. Form overseas companies and arrange structured Foreign Currency Term Loan.

- Capital fund raising: Comply with Due Diligence and Investors' requirement, resulting in successful completion of PE funding at the best valuation.

- Treasury management: Managing surplus funds of group through money market, mutual funds and ensuring smooth cash flow for the projects.

- Accounts, Systems & Policies: Form a team, structure MIS systems, implement best practices and policies, internal controls & checks, smoothen finance functions, project management, ensure proper accounting, audits and statutory compliances on time.

- Business plans: Establish detailed business plan models for Investors and lenders, participate in Tenders for new business. Perform the key role of validating the commercial strategies for maximizing profits and revenue in line with corporate goals.

- Corporate governance: Implement appointment of Independent directors, committees and sub committees, management audit & internal audit by Independent CA Firm and Statutory audit by one of the big four CA firms, secretarial audit by independent CS firm etc.
