Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). The CFO will be responsible for driving the company's financial strategy, managing capital allocation, and leading M&A initiatives to support growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and post-merger integration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

- Lead M&A activities, including target identification, valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, negotiations, and integration planning.

- Work closely with investment banks, legal teams, and financial advisors to evaluate potential deals.

- Assess financial risks and provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board.

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance.

- Manage investor relations and liaise with stakeholders, including private equity firms and institutional investors.

- Optimize capital structure and manage corporate financing activities, including debt and equity financing.

- Implement and maintain strong internal controls and financial systems.

Key Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant

- 15+ years of experience Majorly in finance leadership roles, with significant expertise in M&A.

- Proven track record of executing successful M&A transactions, including deal origination, structuring, and integration.

- Strong understanding of corporate finance, investment banking, and financial modeling.

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

- Experience in leading large finance teams and working with senior leadership.

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax implications, and compliance requirements.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience working with private equity-backed companies is a plus.

- Exposure to international M&A transactions is desirable.
