Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing Setup - CA (18-25 yrs)
CFO - exp in manufacturing setup (Only Female Candidate will be considered)
- Responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. Provide leadership and coordination in the Finance and Accounting, business planning and budgeting efforts of the company.
- The position will report directly to the Chairman / Directors and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, investor relationships and partnership compliance.
- Lead in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.
- Should help set the systems and processes in place to ensure compliance and that the company is IPO ready.
- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans.
- Develop financial and tax strategies.
- Manage the capital request and budgeting processes.
- Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts.
- Arrange for debt and equity financing.
- Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.
- Manage the accounting, compliance, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury departments.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- The primary responsibility is accounting, budget planning and control, cash management, treasury, and tax handling functions. The posit directs all finance- related strategies, initiatives and activities for organization- wide financial accounting and reporting.

- The candidate should be a qualified CA and should have 18-22 years of post-qualification experience in manufacturing sector
