Background of the Client : The client is into Manufacturers of Industrial Chemicals having 2 plants in india.

Position : Chief Financial Officer

Reporting to : Group CFO

Location : Chennai

Job Role :


- The incumbent should be qualified CA and age should be below 50 years,


- You should have worked in the PROCESS Industry (Fertilizers & Pesticides / Chemicals / Agro Chemicals / Industrial Chemicals / Seeds / Paints/Food Processing /Pharmaceuticals etc), 


- You will be responsible for Corporate finance & accounts which includes treasury, taxation, budgeting etc.


- Leading the finance function Involving your self into new project,Fund Raising etc, Lead business case validation for large projects working closely with businesses, corporate strategy and corporate finance and review sensitivity analysis for key assumptions/scenarios.


- Supporting the management in effective monitoring of various projects under implementation. Assisting Corporate Finance with the preparation of financial reports for lenders, rating agencies and investors.


- Participate in negotiations and finalisation of various project contracts. Formulate and manage various SOPs with an objective of financial control of various projects. Accurate and timely record keeping and data management.Ensuring Projects perform against budget by providing financial and monitoring reports, analyzing variances and addressing potential problems.

SPECIFIC SKILL SETS : You should be well versed with SAP/ERP/IFRS/Ind As/USGAAP.
