- The opportunity is with a Manufacturing company of repute. In you capacity as CFO you would working closely with the key stake holders and leading the Financial decisions for the organization.
- You are best fit if you a CA with approx. 15+ years of experience and have worked in the role leading Finance, Tax & Compliance function for the organization.
The role would require you to:
- Guide and drive the finance team with respect to budgeting, financial analysis and management reporting. The candidate will be required to work closely with the business heads with respect to various operating financials, cost calculations, budgets and inputs from a commercial point of view
- Responsible for timely preparation and authenticity of monthly MIS Reports and its timely submission
- Financial planning and budgetary control
- Periodic review of expenses and comparison with budget to ensure optimization of cost by highlighting the deviations
- Management of monthly working capital, inventory and reports
- Coordination with internal customers to ensure smooth operation of day to day and monthly activities
- Evaluating and Improving existing internal Control processes
- Ensure compliance with all statutory provisions w.r.t FEMA, Income tax, Customs, GST and other relevant regulations
- Provide strategic recommendations key stakeholders.
- Provide insights to take key business decisions, backed by financial analytics
- Managing performance of the team
