Our Client - Listed company and part of large investing group.

Reporting Hierarchy - to CEO and the Board Role.

Experience :

- Responsible for regular Finance & Accounting functions, Budgeting / MIS / Cash flows, Secretarial & other regulatory Compliance, Direct & Indirect Taxation related matters of a listed Company.

- Around 45 years of age.

- Ability to handle and motivate a team of qualified managers.

- Should be part of which must have been in a small / midsize listed company.

- This role will be a standalone CFO role.
