Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing Firm (20-22 yrs)

CA + (IND AS) is must + CS/LLB/ICWA/MBA In Finance with 20-22 years of experience in relevant role, in which 10 year at Head finance position as a CFO in mid-size manufacturing unit listed chemical/pharma Company (turnover more than 350 to 500 crore).

- Finalization of Accounts - Trial balance, Profit & loss A/c, consolidated Balance sheet & cash flow statement (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly) in IND AS Accounting Standard.

- Responsible for handling of banks, debtors, creditors, credit ratings, FCNR, Bill discount, Import, Export, Forex management, etc. With financial planning for 3-5 years on weekly /monthly basis on micro level.

- Cash management and investment planning to ensure balance between liquidity and investment income.

- Formulating Budget and forecast (cost center wise, Sales Planning, and full P & L), drill down the yearly budget into Quarterly & Monthly budget, setting up & assign targets (KPI- s) based on Budget.

- Responsible for all taxation (Direct/Indirect) matter including the filling of returns and other legal payments and documentation of the same.

- Responsible for LODR, FEMA, ROC, SCRA, SEBI, BSE, NSE, BRLMs, Media, Analyst, Lawyers, Independent director, Secretarial audit & legal compliance related work.

- Responsible of all matters concerned with the allotment of shares, and issuance of share certificates, Investor relation, Investor calls, road shows, Investor meet, IR agency, analyst meet etc including maintenance of statutory Share Register and conducting the appropriate activities connected with share transfers.

- Responsible for Company Secretory function and compliance as per The Company Act.

- Responsible for AGM Meeting, Quarterly meet, investor calls, investor relation etc.

- Responsible for maintain of all documents as per secretarial function like Proper maintenance of books and registers of the company as required under the provisions of the Companies Law
