Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing - CA/CS (20-25 yrs)
Ideal Fit :
CA + CS with 20+ years of experience from large Manufacturing Set up. Should have handled all gamuts of Finance & experience in Launching IPO for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; accumulating capital to fund expansion.
- Oversee budgeting, budget implementations in order to monitor progress and present financial metrics both internally and externally.
- Responsible for managing all matters pertaining to Finance, Banking & Accounts.
- Work towards launching of Company IPO.
- Financial Planning, MIS, Budgeting, Finance Cash Flows, CMA data for Banks
- Preparation and filing of DRHP documents.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounts and Indian Tax Laws.
- Monitor banking activities of the organization.
- Responsible for ensuring integrity, accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Supervising filing of statutory returns to regulatory authorities.
- Reviewing / preparing financial reports for the Co / Group and tax computations / compliances etc.
- Structure corporate finance and help in deal structuring for new acquiring new businesses.
- Determining financial objectives, conceptualizing & implementing MIS systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control and screening of new projects.
- Develop tools and systems for providing critical financial and operational information to the top management and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.
- Engage the finance, audit, and investment board committees around issues, trends, and changes in the operating model(s) and operational delivery.
- Assess organizational performance against both the annual budget and long-term strategy.
- Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
- Experience of more than 20-25 years with atleast ten years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles with a manufacturing company with turnover more than Rs.1500 crores.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem solving and ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
- High level of integrity and dependability.
- Make and implement crucial recommendations.
- Team Size - 5-6 Direct Reportees and team size 45-50.
Educational Qualification :
CA + CS with 20+ years of experience.
