Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing - CA (8-12 yrs)
We have this opportunity at Noida with one of the manufacturer companies coming from the background of being a promoter based set-up. Looking for CA candidates coming from manufacturing space preferably who have worked in promoter driven environment.
The following will the responsibilities of desired candidate :
- Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly P&L, cashflows, forecast vs. budget etc.
- Evaluation of financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts.
- Develop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual company operating budget.
- Oversee the preparation and timely filing of all tax returns and financial compliances.
- Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors and statutory audits.
- Supervise Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable management and provide guidance relating to the collection process
- Supervise the accounting department to ensure the proper functioning of all systems.
- Prepare a robust system for conducting internal audits at all plants
