Our client, a global manufacturing house based in Pune is seeking applications from suitable candidates for a leadership role with them. The candidate must have handled and led the Financial function of multiple manufacturing units while displaying leadership acumen and being responsible for the entire gamut of functions and operations. - Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team - Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting - Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders - Plan, implement and manage investment strategies while managing fundraising plans and capital structure - Hands-on experience with financial management software and SAP - Hands-on experience with risk management - Advising on long-term business and financial planning CA's will be preferred for this role while the candidate must come from a Manufacturing background having been in a leadership position for at least 10 years of his professional career.
