Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing - CA (15-25 yrs)

Overall Purpose of the job

We have this opportunity at Vadodara with one of the manufacturer companies coming from the background of being a promoter based set-up. Looking for CA candidates coming from manufacturing space preferably who have worked in promoter driven environment.
The following will the responsibilities of desired candidate :
- Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly P&L, cashflows, forecast vs. budget etc.
- Evaluation of financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts.
- Develop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual company operating budget.
- Oversee the preparation and timely filing of all tax returns and financial compliances.
- Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors and statutory audits.
- Supervise Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable management and provide guidance relating to the collection process
- Supervise the accounting department to ensure the proper functioning of all systems.
- Prepare a robust system for conducting internal audits at all plants
To facilitate the growth plans , advanced discussions are ongoing with new investors for funds.
Desirable Profile of Potential Candidates
1) Varied experience of working in professional & family owned companies.
2) Age 43- 48 Years
Knowledge & Skills :
- Understanding of dynamics of auto components business, sharp focus on efficient resource utilization, eyes for details, analytical skills, operational excellence, ability to conceptualize and create plans and translate strategy into action. Leadership style should encourage team development, Diversity management, Customer Centricity, result orientation and innovation.
- Understanding of key Financial numbers & experience in leveraging best HR practices for building a high Performance organization.
Education, Qualification & Special Training : CA
Experience :
- 20-25 years in Automotive/ Engineering industry.
- At least 2 years at No. 2 Position or 5 years at no 3 position in a Rs. 1500 - 2500cr. Group turnover.
Personality Requirements :
- Level headed, analytical mindset, Process and system oriented , Cost Conscious , Strong ethics and values
- Attractive Salary Package with a mix of Fixed and variable pay
- Should have ability to guide and supervise leadership team, network both internally as well as externally, travel to visit suppliers, customers as well as other manufacturing units of the Company and its subsidiaries and work under pressure to deliver long term growth aspirations of the Company.
- Relocation to Vadodra is a must preferably with spouse & family.
