1. Setting & overlooking team KRA & KPI.

2. Becoming a Mentor & making culture of error free work & keep the team motivated with accountability (work to be done error free and also on time with feedback).

3. Smooth coordination with internal stakeholders.

4. Monitoring and Controlling Books of Accounts of all the companies.

5. Strategies for finance which will support the organisation growth (increase and renewal of Banking limit with existing bankers and explore to new bank if getting better rates.

6. Compliances to be validated by external agencies.

7. Suggestion on financial insights for Working capital & other A & F related subjects.

8. Compiling of all divisions on budgets and forecasting Working Capital requirements & profitability.
