Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing

Business Partnering :

- Define MIS and business performance metrics

- Aligning budget and forecasts to company strategy

- Review and maintain business cash flows as per plan

- Assist CEO with identifying business red flags and plan corrective actions

Finance and Accounts :

- Support in managing bank relationships and loans

- Manage vendor payment systems

- Help in controlling the budget on corporate costs and also overall travel and other manpower related costs

- Accurate and timely closing of accounts- monthly, quarterly, annual- in accordance with Indian GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP

- Timely and smooth completion of Quarterly Reviews and Annual Audits without adverse qualifications

- Present monthly Qualitative MIS on performance

- Proactive management of Tax filings

Governance and Risk Management :

- Ensure organisational transactions are compliant with accounting and business controls, policies and procedures

- Ensure compliance with respect to

a. Direct and Indirect Tax payments and filings.

b. Secretarial compliance of business operations

c. SEBI/RBI/other regulatory requirements

- Successful conduct of Board Meetings

- Timely and effective conduct of Internal Audit

- Ensure streamlined processes for all finance & accounting transactions including payroll, vendor management, tax compliances and employee reimbursements - lead ERP implementation efforts to support this objective

- Ensure safe upkeep of all transaction documents

Stakeholder Management :

- Team and outsourced partner management

- Auditors- Internal and Statutory

- Board of directors
