- Creditors Ageing Others then Raw-Material & Expenses, Debtors Ageing, Collection Statement

- Debtors Ageing, Collection Statement

- Qtr and Half year Result for Board

MIS :

- Preparation and Presentation of of MIS Report Monthly

- Income Statement, Balance Sheet & Overhead Statement & Provisions-Review

- Provide Monthly Reports to Sales & Production Department

Banking & Fund Management :

- Monitoring to Reconciliation of Bank Statement Other then C.C. A/c.

- Long Term and Short-Term Funds are arranged to meet Capital Expenditure and operations at most competitive cost in due Compliance of Conditions of Borrowings stipulated by Bank and other Landing Institution

Forex Hedging and fund Management :

- Management of Surplus funds of the Company

Budget :

- Annual Budget And Qly Analysis With Actuals

Insurance :

- Monitoring of Renewal of All Policies

- Follow-up of Marine Insurance & Other Claims

GST Compliance :

- Attend Scrutiny Assessment & Follow-up Statutory Forms Issue & Collection & GST Audit

- Income tax

- TDS Return

- Tax-Audit

- Scrutiny Assessment

- Tax Appeal matters

Cost Audit :

- Provide Details for Cost Audit and Preparation of Cost Compliance Report

HR :

- Support to HR Activities as and when required

BOARD MEETING :

- Attend Board Meeting, Preparation of Notes on A/c.

GROUP GRATUITY AND ANNUATION FUND OF LIC :

- Provided Data to LIC & Follow-up for Other Annual Return as per AS-15

- Follow-up with HR Department

OTHER :

- Analytical Data Provided to MD as & when required
