1. Finalization of accounts

2. Banking operations

3. Loan Sanction as Borrower & Lending

4. Knowledge of Statutory compliances in GST, TDS, taxation, etc

5. Accounts finalization of listed companies under IND-AS guidelines especially NBFC (Loan n Investment cost)

6. Direct and Indirect taxation including GST

7. Consolidation of accounts

8. Banking limits, CMA forms

9. Budgeting and MIS

10. Team handling of Juniors of 6 to 7

MODE OF WORK: WORK FROM OFFICE

Candidate requirement:

1. Required CA/ CA Inter

2. First Attempt CA preferable but not compulsory with minimum 5 years experience and upto 10 years exp

3. Inter CA drop out with minimum 8 to 10 years experience

4. Should have team handling experience

5. He/ She will be Reporting to the Managing Director of the company

6. Candidate should have prior experience of working in below industries in order of priority:

- Listed NBFC/Stock Broking Company

- Listed BFSI Company other than above

- Unlisted NBFC/Stock Broking Company

- Unlisted BFSI Company other than above

7. Candidate should have good command over English

8. Candidate should have knowledge of SEBI reporting and RBI guidelines for NBFC

9. Candidate should be expert in excel

10. Candidates should be preferably near Churchgate,Mumbai (Max till Borivali on western line. Preferably till Andheri)

11. Candidate should be able to join in a month preferably. Candidates with a higher notice period can be considered on case to case basis.
