Chief Financial Officer - Logistics Firm - CA/ICWA

We are urgently looking candidate for profile of Chief Financial Officer with a leading Logistics Organization in Gurgaon.

- The candidate should have minimum 12 Years of experience in Finance and Accounts.

- Candidates having experience in IPO Management / IPO Listing would be given preference.

- Provide regular maintenance and backup of all accounting systems and supervise company financial staff.

- Experience in handling Internal Audit/External Audit.

- Corporate Governance, Risk Management.

- Have handled Special/New Projects.

- Experience in handling Investors, SEBI Guidelines & processes.

- Team handling experience.

- MIS, P&L, Budgeting, Annual Business Planning, Finance Controller, Balance sheet finalization.

- Finance Policies and Processes.

- Control and evaluate the organizations fundraising plans and capital structure

- Performing risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments

- All type of taxes - Direct & Indirect Taxation, Returns etc.

- Responsible for overall accounting, finance, statutory compliances.

- Banking-related work and Treasury. Experience in funds mobilization loans against existing & new projects and enhanced the credit facilities from banks and Financial Institutions.

- CA / ICWA Passed

- Excellent oral & written communication skills
