Chief Financial Officer - Logistics Firm

Job description:

- Providing leadership, direction and management of the Finance and accounting team.

- Ability for financial forecasting and growth potentials.

- Long term business and financial planning of the Group.

- Producing Investment and Operational Budgets at regular intervals for efficient decision making.

- Developing an efficient mechanism of management control & MIS including dashboards for key performance indicators of the business.

- Treasury Management including efficient review of the liquidity, credit and debts management.

- Identification of short term and long-term investment opportunities.

- Excellent relationship with the Banks, financial institutions and Investors for using financial resources to achieve the company's general objectives, optimising performance by negotiating terms.

- Responsible for overall statutory compliance and management of the Group and bringing in required tax efficiency/ savings.

- Responsible of ensuring that necessary Internal controls exists for overall financial management of the Group.

- Developing and administering key processes of periodic internal and statutory Audits through external Audit firms and Internal Audit committees.

- Risk Review & Management.

- Good understanding of Capital- debt structuring.

- Identification, analysis and valuation of growth alternatives through acquisitions.

- Designing and promoting the implementation of IT/ technology based financial management systems.

- Collaborating with IT department in Ensuring necessary cyber security is in place to safeguard financial data of the group.

- Close collaboration with the Human Resources and Information Systems departments.

- Participating in the general management of the company with member of the Board.

Note - She/He will be must be in last 2 Years min being responsible as Finance Manager, Financial Controller or CFO administering a turnover of more than 300 Crores.
