Role: Chief Financial Officer Reporting: To Co founder Location: Mumbai We are looking to hire a young and energetic finance professional who has experience working in the fintech/insurtech environment, who understands the technology backed financial services market very well. CFO: - Shouldn't not be from a traditional Insurance Industry. Must be from insurtech/fintech/new age financial tech organizations. - Someone who knows what's happening in and around the financial technology market. - Should be from a tech based startup organization. Investor Relations is a must. - Will be responsible for building models, analyzing data, and preparing statements to reconcile income with expenses to keep track of the company's earnings and projected cash flow. - In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices - Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods - Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP) - Ability to strategize and solve problems - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Excellent communication and people skills - An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
