Chief Financial Officer - IT/Software Firm

CFO who will be pro-actively supporting the business by playing a leadership role in Financial, Accounting, Audit, Control/Budgeting and Fiscal discipline / Compliance aspects.

The position directly reports to the group CEO.

Job Profile :

This is a key Leadership position and part of the Top-Management Team. The incumbent will drive the organization's financial operations and improve financial performance. As a part of the leadership team the incumbent is expected to participate in all financial, strategic and functional decision-making processes necessary for the successful attainment of the Companies operational and financial goals.

Role/Responsibilities :

- Monitoring and supervising the Finance & Accounts related activities performed by the team.

- Achieving cost-effective working capital and long term fund Management

- Financial Audit and Operational Risk management

- Cash flow management

- Project Funding

- Financial Analytics and financial reporting to the Management and Board Taxation; Statutory Compliance & Its adherence

Candidate Profile : We are seeking Head-Finance with strong analytical and business acumen.

We are looking for CAs aged 40-45 with 15-18 years of experience in the IT/Technology sector

Desired Traits :

- Good business acumen, problem solving ability.

- Proven leadership skill in managing and building a team.

- Strong interpersonal skills to manage the work stream across segments and to operate in a matrix organization.

- Strong understanding and experience with international consolidations and accounting, tax, treasury and cash management.

- Pragmatic, hands-on, flexible and adaptable to change, continuously driven to challenge and improve, self-starter
