- Monitor, report, contribute in business support decisions

d) Management Review deck / Board deck / Reviews and Analyst / Investor requirements

- Periodic review deck with emphasis on ROCE Cost management, working capital and enhanced profitability. Weekly monitoring of revenue movement by contributing to closure and

e) Business plan :

- Complete understanding of Revenue builds up / Cost stack up and key Balance sheet items

Legal and Secretarial :

a) Compliance dash board

b) Filing returns with regulatory agencies

c) Contract management - Customers / Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's) / Vendors

d) Understanding and working through with business team for negating identified risk or letting go the opportunity

Accounting, Controllership and Taxation :

a) INDAS understanding especially for long terms multiple element contract

b) SAP / Controls and reports with customization requirement

c) Timely return filing, assessment closure of Indirect taxation and Direct taxation

d) Monthly book closure and analytics including cost trend and key Balance sheet schedules

e) Networking including with consultants to help in closure

f) Audit closure including Internal audit

g) Balance sheet schedules validation, completeness and vulnerability assessment

h) SOX / Process flow / SOP and understanding of Checks and balances in all key modules such as SD / MM / FICO etc.

Billing and Collection / Procurement :

a) Timely defect free invoicing and track due date collection

b) Target circulation and monitoring at regional / individual / group level

c) Customer correspondence and support in closure of issues

d) Contractual understanding and Business reach for speedy resolution

e) PO terms especially for large SI projects including back-to-back payment and warranty terms

f) Open PO report and ensuring appropriate action

- Business Metrics and support in growth including geo expansion and new technology partnerships

a) Identification of various opportunities - Alliances / MOU understanding with Partners
