Description - As the CFO of an IT Company, based out of the Mumbai City office, you will be heading the entire Finance & Accounting functions covering all aspects including Accouts, FP&A, Compliance Reporting, Accounts receivable & payable, MIS & Fund management, Legal, Investor Relationship.

Job Description :

As the CFO based out of Mumbai City the incumbent will be responsible to take care of the below.

- Partner with the business leadership in conceptualising and driving current operational Best-in-class and future growth imperatives.

- Create a topnotch finance organisation and work with the senior management/founders to ensure all elements of Financial Management are of the highest ethical standards, quality and integrity.

- Contribute towards overall strategy and development of business plans

- Guide the accounting team in design of systems and procedures adequacy of Internal Controls in operations / systems for effective management of all accounting activities

- Drive Profit Improvement Programs that ensures a healthy bottom line

- Develop and implement strategies to ensure financial flexibility at all times

- Head the Legal Department for major contracts and related matters

- Ensure best in class compliance, processes exceeding statutory / regulatory requirements standard

- Provide strategic direction in annual budgeting exercise, financial / operations analysis, performance, risk and mitigation mechanisms

- Provide advice/guidance on matters of business capital investment and expense control

- Establish strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, e.g. regulatory bodies

- Be the front face of the organisation in front of the investors and maintain a strong investor relationship
- Spear head and provide strategic inputs for activities related to fund raising

Profile :

A successful CFO based out of Mumbai City should be qualified CA with at least 15+ years of experience in IT Industry only. The CFO should have adequate experience in managing a strong team of professionals and should have in-depth knowledge of finance functions (tax, compliance's, revenue recog.) pertaining to the IT Industry.
