Responsibilities:

The CFO is Responsible for overseeing and directing the organization's financial goals, objectives, and budgets. He will play a key role in developing, monitoring and evaluating overall corporate strategy with emphasis on funding, bottom line performance, working capital and enhancing shareholder value. He will support the executive team with key financial information and analytics and drive a culture of fiscal accountability in managing the business

- Define the financial strategy. Drive the annual budget process and the monthly reporting

- Forming and implementing organic and inorganic growth strategies

- Execute capital-raising strategies to support growth and expansion.

- Do the meaningful proactive analysis to improve key business decisions focusing on mgmt of working capital, cost of funds and bottom line.

- Establish internal control processes required to manage and grow the business and ensure financial & legal compliance

- Managing project costing and profitability

Financial :

- Cost of funds

- Profitability - EBITDA and EPS

- Inorganic Growth

- Funds availability for business growth

- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles

- Knowledge and Understanding of Indian GAAP, IFRS, SOX compliance and SEC Reporting.

- Experience working with external auditors, internal controls, and compliance related issues.

- Ability to drive the culture of data & analytics-based decision making

- Understanding fundraising and deal-making process
