Chief Financial Officer - IPO Process

Job Description:

Drive business growth and lead the company towards potential IPO. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the manufacturing industry and experience in managing IPO projects.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives, focusing on driving business growth and preparing for an IPO in the US market.

- Provide strategic financial leadership to the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders.

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

- Manage the companys financial risks, including developing and implementing effective internal controls and compliance measures.

- Lead the development and execution of the companys capital structure, including debt and equity financing activities.

- Collaborate with the executive team to identify and evaluate strategic opportunities, such as mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.

- Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives to enhance the companys financial performance and profitability.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations, including SEC reporting requirements for the planned IPO.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, bankers, auditors, and other external stakeholders.

- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
