Chief Financial Officer - Internet/Online

- Planning, Managing, Analyzing, & Reporting of Financials of the Group.

- Responsible for treasury operations - Manage the cash flows, raise debt from banks, NBFC & other external sources.

- Support fund raise from VC & PE

- Controllership and Compliance.

- Board and stake holder management

- Grooming and empowering the finance team

- Build and lead the Finance, Legal, Analytics and MIS functions of the organization.

- Investor Relations - Financial Modelling & Pitch Deck, Presentation to potential investors (both equity and debt), Unit economics and path to profitability

- Cost Optimizations across various functions of the company and there by extension in the runway.

- Business Finance & Strategy - Analyze user and customer behavior, and other engagement metrics.

- Preparation of AOP and getting it approved by the board.

- Book closure, statutory compliance and audit, Banking liaison and treasury functions of the company.

Requirement Specifications

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Masters in Accounting and Finance, MBA and/or CA highly desirable

- 15+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in NBFC companies

- Personal Attributes:

- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well with the Board and at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations as may be required

- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
