Position Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our fast-growing IT company. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy, driving fundraising efforts, managing investor relations, and ensuring robust financial and operational performance. With a focus on SaaS, fintech, and multinational operations, the ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategy, along with a proven track record in working with high-growth organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Leadership:

- Develop and implement the company's financial strategy to support short-term and long-term business goals.

- Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and analysis (F&A), providing data-driven insights to support executive decision-making.

- Monitor financial performance, identify key trends, and recommend strategies for revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.

Fundraising & Capital Management:

- Lead fundraising initiatives, including equity and debt financing, to support business expansion and operational growth.

- Build and maintain relationships with venture capitalists, private equity firms, and institutional investors.

- Optimize capital structure to ensure financial stability and growth opportunities.

Investor Relations:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, providing regular updates on financial performance, business strategy, and growth prospects.

- Prepare and deliver accurate and compelling financial reports, investor presentations, and market updates.

- Foster trust and transparency with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the company's vision.

Operational & Financial Excellence:

- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, compliance, audits, tax planning, and cash flow management.

- Implement and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Drive operational efficiency through process improvements and the adoption of advanced financial tools and technologies.

Strategic Partnerships & M&A:

- Identify and evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships to drive growth and competitive advantage.

- Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and integration planning for M&A transactions.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align financial goals with business strategy and operational priorities.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support product development, market expansion, and SaaS/fintech initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.

- 12+ years of experience in senior finance roles, preferably in IT, SaaS, fintech, or MNCs.

- Proven expertise in financial strategy, fundraising, investor relations, and managing high-growth organizations.

- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, subscription-based revenue models, and fintech ecosystems.

- Experience in working with multinational companies (MNCs), managing cross-border financial operations.

- Proficiency in financial planning tools, ERP systems, and advanced analytics.
