Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of a large Indian conglomerate with diversified interests across Insurance, Real Estate, Manufacturing, and Service sectors. This role demands a seasoned finance professional with a strong track record of driving financial excellence, managing risk, and supporting large-scale business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with overall business goals

- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

- Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports and analysis to executive leadership and the board

- Identify financial risks and design effective mitigation strategies

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls

- Manage capital structure, cash flow, and investment strategies

- Oversee fundraising, investor relations, and debt management

- Drive operational efficiency and implement cost-saving initiatives

- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve strategic organizational objectives

- Lead and mentor the finance team, encouraging growth and high performance

- Build and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

- Drive and support Mergers and Acquisitions activities

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 20+ years of post-qualification experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a CFO role

- Proven experience across multiple industries such as Insurance, Real Estate, Manufacturing, and Service sectors

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities

- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills

- Experience in investor relations, capital management, and M&A is essential
