Chief Financial Officer - Infrastructure Firm - CA (15-20 yrs)
Job Profile:
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing, updating and preparing the financial reports of the BU as well as the India consolidated reports.
- Partner and support the BU Head for the improvement of the BU performance by providing timely financial inputs related to budget utilization, profitability, etc.
- Controllership of the BU by ensuring all regulatory compliance of taxation and corporate laws.
- Spearheading the entire budgeting and forecasting process and co-ordination with the various business functions as well as for the corporate strategy.
- Treasury and funds management for the entire BU in order to ensure optimum returns on the funds.
- Working capital management and ensuring transactions are timely planned to minimize unproductive float.
- Co-ordinating the entire audit process and liaising with the auditors as well as with the shared services accounting team.
- Evaluating and managing BU risk from the financial perspective.
- Engaging with consultants, banks and other parties as and when required.
- Familiarity with ERP preferably SAP
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: CA
- Experience: 15+ years
- Should have good business acumen and leadership skills
- Display leadership qualities in managing the function and team reporting into this position.
