- CHARTERED ACCOUNTANCY DEGREE WITH FUND MANAGEMENT; COSTING


- EXPERIENCE IN NFB AND FB FACILITIES, PRIVATE EQUITY; Candidate has to be from Infrastructure / Construction industry


- Finalisation of Consolidated Annual Financials, Standalone Financials of Holding & Subsidiaries Companies, handling Statutory Audits & Other Audits

- Monthly accounts closing, Reconciliations, Consolidation, Inter-Co, Capitalisation of Assets, General Ledger Accounting, Foreign Exchange Flucation, Accruals & provisioning

- Financial Planning, Forecasting & Internal Financial Controls - Preparation of Annual Operating Budget, Quarterly Forecast, Tracking of Project wise Costs & Profitability

- Work as link and providing timely & proper coordination between different promoters companies; subsidiaries companies, liaise with consultants at each entity levels

- Providing Quarterly MIS along with Variance Analysis, Profitability analysis & other weekly reports to Promoter Company and Board members and handling Board Meeting

- Cash-flow planning, handling Working Capital Financing; Banking operations & Payrolls, Fund & Working Capital Management, Pre-Financing, LCs

- Receivable / Payable Management - submission of daily collection reports, timely payment to creditors; employees & agents, Inter - Co Transfers

- Tax Compliances - Timely Returns; declarations submission and payment of applicable taxes at each entity level, Transfer Pricing, Refunds

- Secretarial & other legal compliances, Compliances related to social cost; foreign exchange

- Documentation for export / import, customs
