Chief Financial Officer - Infrastructure

Role:

A Person well versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from accounting to investment and banking operations and to perform effective risk management and plan the organization's financial strategy.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for designing and driving company's financial strategy.

- Responsible for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting

- Ensure cash flow is compatible with company operations, by overseeing the day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal control activities of the organization

- Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.

- Evaluates and advises on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory action.

- Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.

- Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.

- Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience of corporate structures, corporate law, financial regulation and financial governance.

- Experience in managing specialist financial functions at a strategic level, management accounting, taxation, resourcing and budget planning and financial systems development.
