Chief Financial Officer - Infra & Service Industry - CA

We're hiring for the profile of CFO for midsize service organization for one of our clients based out in Delhi

Education/Qualification: Chartered Accountant with 18-20 years of experience

Industry preferred- Infra and Service

BUDGET- 45-48 LPA

JOB PURPOSE:

To monitor and Supervise the finance and accounts of the organization including, tax compliance, stake holder management, risk mitigation, maintaining accounting records as per Ind AS , IGAAP and IFRS as well as audit thereof. The company is also subject to Cost Audit and maintaining the cost records too

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

A) Financial Closing of Books of Accounts and Audit thereof

1. Compliance of Ind AS , GAAP and IFRS

2. Timely closure of Accounts as per schedule

3. Resolution of issues with Statutory Auditors and ensure no adverse remarks in Audit Report etc.

B) Accounts Receivable Management

1. Ensuring timely billing i.e 7th of next month , of revenue with accuracy

2. Ensuring no revenue leakage with proper monitoring and controls

3. Reconciliation of debtors and realization of dues

C) Accounts Payable Management

1. Ensuring payment to vendors, suppliers, service providers etc as per payment terms

2. Ensure compliance of TDS, Service Tax and Vat provisions

3. Monitoring of Expenses as per AOP and variance analysis

D) Tax Compliance

1. Ensuring Filing of returns as per tax deadlines with accuracy and assessment

2. Reply to Departments queries and filing of appeal and appearing for appeal matters and co-ordinate with advocates

3. Ensuring no interest and penalty and availment of cenvat credits etc.

4. Getting Assessment done under Income Tax act
