CFO- Hospital 1. Finance : a. Fund raise - both debt (both working capital debt and project term debt) and equity. Coordinating with lenders, investors and investment banks b. Overseeing preparation of IM, corporate presentations, financial models and business plans c. Supporting Board of Directors with investment decisions d. Sale of operating as well as under-construction assets 2. Accounts : a. Auditing and management of books of accounts. b. Management control i.e. establishing a dashboard with KPI for business monitoring and decision-making; c. Treasury : managing working capital financing d. Relationship with banks : managing and using financial resources to achieve the company's general objectives, optimizing performance by negotiating terms with banks and financial institutions; e. Participating in the establishment and amendment of company policies and procedures; f. Investment analysis; g. Sustaining relationships with analysts and stakeholders. h. Analysis and valuation of growth alternatives through acquisitions and mergers. i. Management of legal and taxation matters.
