Chief Financial Officer - Healthcare

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic financial recommendations to the company.

- Recommend on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.

- Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure.

- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting

- Advise the management on long-term business and financial planning

- Assume responsibility for compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations

- Develop, implement and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures

- Manage internal and external audit processes

- Oversee the company's tax and regulatory requirements, ensuring that all appropriate returns and documents are filed in a timely manner.

- Manage, monitor and evolve the financial systems of the organization to support the company's overall strategic goals.

Required Candidate profile :

- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices

- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods

- Ability to strategize and solve problems

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and people skills
