Chief Financial Officer - Healthcare (10-17 yrs)

(A) Accounting & Audits :

1. Approval and authorization of various payments.

2. Approval for payment processing and chq. signing.

3. Approval for capitalisation of fixed assets.

4. Review of month end provisioning.

5. Review of monthly P&L and balance sheet.

6. Ongoing review of consolidated fund position and parking surplus fund in FDRs.

7. Internal audit of SMPL and SYPL.

8. Statutory audit of all four legal entities.

(B) Taxation & RBI/FEMA compliances

B.1 Indian Taxation :

1. Approval of payment processing for monthly, TDS, GST Liability PF, ESI.

2. Review of various quarterly, annual and other periodic tax returns, tax audits, assessments and scrutiny.

4. Review of GST refund on periodic basis.

5. Review and control over FEMA compliances for all inbound and outbound forex transactions.

6. Tax audit and domestic transfer pricing.

B.2 International Taxation :

1. Arranging annual tax residency certificates (TRC) from Singapore for various countries under DTAA treaty for lower deduction of WHT.

2. Annual ECI return filling

3. Income tax return filling

4. WHT return filling separately for each transaction.

(C) Commercial & FPNA :

1. AOP preparations for domestic and international business.

2. Review of inventory levels and PO Approval for all procurement.

3. Monthly Inventory reports.

4. Monthly advance aging analysis.

5. Outstanding aging analysis and ongoing review for domestic and international.

6. Interacting with franchisee partners for various business and commercial issues.

7. Negotiating terms with landlords, franchisees, vendors and service providers.

8. Monthly management reports with detailed commentary.

9. Review of monthly KPI reports for sales, operation and marketing.

10. Various ad-hoc reports as required.

(D) Legal and secretarial :

1. Drafting, vetting and finalisation of various term sheets, MOU and agreements.

2. Finalisations, renewals and registration of lease deeds.

3. Litigation: Pursuing litigation matters with the help of outside counsels, pending with different authorities i.e. arbitration, civil courts and criminal proceedings.

4. Compliances of Trade licenses, shop and establishment act, pollution control and clinic licenses for all locations

5. Ensuring all secretarial compliances with the help of Apollo secretarial team.

(E) HR & Admin :

1. Checking and signing contract for employees.

2. Validation of monthly salary processing.

3. Ensuring PF, ESI and professional tax compliances

4. Handling various HR and employee related matters and issues resolution.

5. Review and approval of various ongoing capex/opex items at clinics and HO.

6. Monitoring and controlling capex for new clinics and renovation of existing clinics.

(F) IT :

1. Approval for all running or one-time IT assets.

2. Assessing the IT infra requirement for existing database and for new projects.

3. Users and license assessment for MS office, Window, Tally users and various other utilities.

4. Assessing the DRP mechanism for various applications and data bases.

(G) Other Projects :

1. Ongoing development of CRM software.

2. Sales process.

3. Restructuring process.
