Chief Financial Officer/Head - Finance & Accounts - eCommerce Automotive Business

- Engage with founders on overall organization P&L and ensure delivery as per plan through consistent monitoring and mitigating action plan in case of variances

- Drive analytics basis insights to identify opportunities of cost reduction and revenue/ income increase

- Monitor and drive key KPIs on Costs, Cost Management, Collections, recoveries and disputes resolutions. Publish regular MIS for the same

- Draft, lead and execute the Annual Operating Plan for the organization

- Tracking of revenue and cost of the organization. Proactively highlight risks to cost and revenue

- Engaging with core team to garner their support for driving key initiatives and KPIs

- Dispute Management through coordination with internal and external stakeholders

- Understand and familiarize different businesses and supplier relationship

- Drive timely reconciliations, recoveries and issue resolutions
