Chief Financial Officer - Furniture Industry - CA (10-20 yrs)
Chief Financial Officer Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Corporate Finance, Treasury, Fund Raising, Corporate Governance, Compliances, Internal Controls, Estimations & Pricing, International Contracts & Enterprise wide Risk Management, Company Secretarial, Legal and Information Technology
- Expertise in building robust financial metrics on revenue, profitability and cash flow, and importantly using all this knowledge and information in business partnering and transformation with equal focus on controls & governance to ensure sustainable growth
- Develops financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services, preparing growth plans, and directing staff
- Management of high profile Board of Directors, PE Investors
- Maintain good relationship with Bankers, raising fund
- Responsible for launching Initial Public Offer
- Responsible for conceptualization and implementation of internal financial controls, Conduct of internal audits, accountable to the Audit Committee of Directors
- Conceptualized and implemented cost and price estimation modules for long term growth
- Negotiated and concluded Partners commercial contracts
- Negotiated and concluded complex long term commercial and legal contracts, involving technology transfer, contractual liabilities, revenue recognition, manufacturing licence and IPR
- Conceptualize and implemented enterprise-wide contract life cycle management module for management of international contracts, with emphasis on control of product/project margins and contractual risks
- Spearheaded the implementation of SAP across the company
- Conceptualized and implemented robust policies treasury
- Responsible for Enterprise Risk Management, encompassing Strategic, Operational, Financial, Compliance and Business Continuity Planning
- Responsible for financial structuring and fund raising through various modes ; capital issues, term loans, working capital, commercial papers, raising debt through banks and various money market instruments
- Close networking with Private Sector and International Banks
- Responsible for Management of Public Shareholders, Registrars, Transfer Agents and Depositories
- Conceptualize and implement standard operating procedures in various operational areas
Education, Experience, and other Requirements:
- Qualified CA
- Minimum 10-20 years experience in accounting and financial management practices
- Knowledge of One IPO is must
- Industry : Furniture Industry
- Location : Bangalore ( Electronic City)
