CFO - Foundation/Trust of a Large Group
POSITION SUMMARY - To be responsible for supervision of overall finance & accounting activities f of the Group's Foundation & Trusts.
REPORTING TO : Finance Controller with dotted line to CEO of the Foundation
REPORTED BY: 6 to 7 Direct Reports
EDUCATION: B.Com, CA
EXPERIENCE:
Yrs of experience : 12 - 15 Years
- Ability to handle statutory compliances, legal, tax matters and account management related to Trusts.
- Relevant experience in managing various aspects of financial operations & management of Trusts.
Soft Skills :
- Good communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
- To be proactive and ability to take decision on structuring, setting-up good systems & procedures for Foundation & Trust.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
- To supervise all accounting functions of Foundation & Trusts and maintain day to day general accounting, pre-audit, finalization of quarterly / yearly accounts.
- To coordinate and facilitate all payments of Foundations & Trusts.
- To coordinate with various Business Accounting Units for accounting matters. Establishing internal control procedures and system improvements.
- To be responsible for statutory Compliances, RPT, Supervision of Provident Fund, Indirect & Direct Tax assessment.
- Responsible for independently getting statutory audit done for the Foundation & Trust.
