We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from one of our clients in India. Our client is a mid-sized FMCG products manufacturing organization having multiple plants. This is for their HO in New Delhi. They are looking for a "CFO" for their organization to join them as soon as possible. The incumbent will be responsible for: - Managing Finance, Accounts and Taxation for the organization - Work closely with the management to strategize all operations and processes - Provide a strong leadership to the Finance function - Closely look at product costing and help optimize the same - Managing Internal and External Audits - Managing Contracts, Vendors, AR, AP - Providing Strategic Leadership to the Organization To qualify for these positions you should: - Be A Qualified Chartered Accountant (additional CS Preferred) - Have at least 14 to 23 years of experience in Accounts and Finance - At least 3 years as a Head of the function - Have worked with manufacturing organizations - Must have very good experience in Product Costing, variance etc - Must have experience in Forecasting, Budgeting, Auditing - Have experience in optimizing business processes - Have strong personality, great communication and leadership skills - Must be a young person with High Energy and Dynamic in nature. - Be currently from Delhi or willing to relocate.
