Chief Financial Officer - FMCG/Manufacturing

Job Purpose:

Provide leadership to the complete eco system of financial management of the company operations. Responsible to drive business planning, accounting, budget forecasting & MIS , statutory compliance, financial discipline, investors and banking relationship and treasury management and automation of a multi-location company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation, implementation and Monitoring of strategic business plans in consultation with the MD.

- Develop financial controls and reporting systems to ensure accountability at all levels/units.

- Prepare the Capex and Opex plan for the company.

- Develop P&L and other MISs (Fin Reports) in accordance to business performance and related measures to the board and government agencies as required by the law.

- Manage and Monitor treasury function for the company.

- Manage investors and bankers for proper funding requirements.

- Provide necessary cost benefit analysis for merger & acquisition.

- Manage all aspects related to statutory, Regulatory compliance, Audits (Internal/External) and legal issues to mitigate risks.

- Be a sense organ of the management to ensure financial health and sustainability of the company.

- Functional expertise with financial & business acumen, analytical & strategic thinking, Interpersonal skills, ability to present and convince others.

Qualification: MBA Finance, CA

Experience: 15-20 Yrs (Industry Manufacturing, Multi location, Breads, Bakery FMCG)
