Chief Financial Officer - FMCG - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (13-17 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Drive the financial planning.

- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments

- Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.

- Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure

- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations

- Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)

- Manage vendor relationships and Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports

- Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system

- Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies

- Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts.

- Review and monitor all monthly / quarterly financial and management and annual reports.

- Enhance operational and financial performance reporting within the organisation including profitability analysis of key business elements

- All the reports adhere to Accounting Standard, rules & regulations, policy & procedures

- Highlight financial risk & opportunity from reporting and propose solution

- Identify financial, safety or security risks that the client company or organization may face

- Prepare action plans to decrease risk factors

- Gather confidential financial information from client such as income, assets and debts

- Manage company insurance policies

- Perform risk evaluation, which assesses the way the company previously handled risks

- Make risk-avoiding adjustments to current methods of operation in order to minimize their future risks

- Prepare a risk-management budget

- High-level financial planning and modeling. Perform impact analysis and scenario modeling in view of emerging business situations Preparation of sales & cost variance reports and analyzing the reasons thereof Auditing, Taxation.

- Provide leadership to departments, develop direct reports and manage a high performing team. operates in accordance with any health, safety ,environmental and sustainability policies

Qualifications :

- MBA-finance from tier 1 institutions (IIM/SP Jain/XLRI)

- Proven experience as director of finance or similar role for minimum of 5 years

- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices

- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting

- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. Oracle)

- An analytical mind with a strategic ability

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
