The position is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company thru development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to the strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets including reporting of accurate financial results and increasing Enterprise value. Experience of IPO, Exposure to fund raising &amp; Forex hedging is required. Financial Planning: - Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance. - Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action - Financial Information and funding - Oversee the issuance of financial information - Report financial results to the board of directors - Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts - Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization; i.e., evaluation of potential alliances acquisitions and/or mergers and investments. - Optimize the handling of bank and deposit relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash position. - Direct &amp; Indirect Tax - Fund Raising - Forex Hedging - Risk Management &amp; Governance - Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile - Construct and monitor reliable financial control systems - Ensure that the company complies with all financial legal and regulatory requirements - Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies - Report risk issues to the audit committee of the board of directors - Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations Educational Qualification - Chartered Accountant Desired :Accounting and reporting across different countries or territories with exposure on Technology tools and processes that supports Financial efficiency
