Chief Financial Officer - FMCG - CA

Our client is a large and rapidly growing FMCG organization based in New Delhi. They are in the domain of Personal Care, Skin Care, Cosmetics etc

They are looking for a "CFO" for their organization to join them as soon as possible. The CFO will be a strategic partner in the top leadership to drive the organizations forward.

The incumbent will be responsible for all activities related to

- Finance, Accounts and Taxation for the Organization

- Provide strategic leadership to the organization

- Reporting financial performance, driving budgets, leadership reporting

- Assist with high-level decisions about policy and strategy.

- Manage Compliances, audits, regulatory requirements

- Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.

- Act as a Finance controller, manage costs

- Drive Financial strategies in partnership with Business heads to drive organizational growth

- Overseeing financial system upgrades and changes

- Collaboration with Functional Heads to improve overall Organization health.

To qualify for these positions you should:

- Be A Qualified Chartered Accountant (additional Qualifications preferred)

- Have at least 15 to 25 years of experience in Accounts and Finance

- At least 3 years as a Head of the function

- Have experience in Manufacturing / Distribution setups

- Have Strong financial and management accounting background

- Have good experience with corporate governance.

- Have Knowledge of Export & Import business, procedures & documentation, matters pertaining to FEMA

- Have Rich exposure in working with external/statutory auditors

- Be a grounded personality with good Values and Culture

- Ability to inspire confidence and create trust in various stakeholders

- Have great communication and leadership skills

- Must be a young person with High Energy and Dynamic in nature.

- Be currently from Delhi or willing to relocate.
