Chief Financial Officer - FMCG - CA

Job Description:

- Responsible for all finance and accounting work in the company, including FP&A, MIS reporting, Statutory Audit, Taxation, Internal Audit and Banking relationships.

- Driving the detailed budget process for the company

- Should be able to get into details of each FMCG/ retail business vertical and monitor the performance of each project including costs incurred, analysis vs budget, collections and payments

- To ensure the business runs on tight working capital limits the incumbent should be able to manage the cash flow management plan and prioritize the payments

- Work with other departments and regional heads for tight monitoring and driving of operations along with CEO and department heads.

- Ensure compliance with Company Secretarial matters

- Design and implement SOP and Charter of Authority across the company for tight control and smooth functioning of the business

Functional/Behavioral Skill Set Required:

- Minimum of 3-4yrs as a senior finance leader in an organization with at least Rs. 25 crores of turnover.

- Analytical bent of mind who through sheer analytics can add value to the business performance
