Chief Financial Officer - FMCG (20-25 yrs)
Role of CFO
A) To manage the Finance & Accounts of the FMCG vertical of the company
B) To identify bad cost and work on it to remove them or reduce them as per best practices
C) Manage the cash flow the business effectively and ensure all collectables are managed as per best of standards
D) Focus on b2b transactions and all vendors and managed as per written SOP of the company
E) Develop new SOP to ensure best vendor management practices
F) Vendor RECO systems be reviewed periodically and streamlined
G) Focus on Margin efficiencies and highlight gaps
H) Ensure capex control is maintained as per management decisions and accounting management
I) Plan the department as per business goals of the management
G) Develop and manage good relationship with external stake holders
K) Ensure best of accounting practices and GST management
- Chartered accountant / cost accountant is necessary
- Additional qualification is welcomed
- Candidate with FMCG background would be preferable
