Chief Financial Officer - FMCG

Our client in FMCG space is looking for an experienced CFO to be based out of their Headquarters -Punjab.

Experience : 15+ years

The ideal candidate will have a

strong background in finance, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

Must have handled a turnover of 1000 CR

Preferred Industry : FMCG

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls

- Provide strategic financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to the executive team

- Manage and optimize cash flow to support business operations and investments

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA preferred

- Proven experience as a CFO or similar financial leadership role

- In-depth knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting

- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

- Demonstrated expertise in financial software and systems
