Analyze and manage the organization's liabilities and investments, Tax planning, global consolidation of accounts, budgeting, reporting, forecasting, Treasury. 3. Plan, implement and manage investment strategies. 4. Manage fundraising plans and capital structure, dealing with private Equity, generate funds at minimal cost. 5.Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable 6. Supervise finance teams and the reporting process. 7. Manage and retain relationships with various vendors. 8. Adhere to the law and company's policies, knowledge of financial compliance.
